We would rather be honest about it.
A weekly bin route only works when enough homes on it sit close together. Rather than promise Harbor Country a service and thin it across three towns, we are asking who wants it first — then starting properly, in the town with the most names.
Joining costs nothing, holds nothing against you, and there is no card to enter. If your town is not the one we start in, we will tell you that too.
