Who qualifies as a referral?
A new customer you refer who signs up and becomes an active paying customer. We use your name and contact details to connect the referral to your existing account.
Is the $5 credit a one-time reward?
No. Each qualifying referral takes $5 off your bill every month while you and the referred customer both remain active paying customers.
How low can my bill go?
All the way to $0. Twelve active referrals cover the $60 base charter membership; fourteen cover the $70 base standard membership. Additional totes may affect your remaining bill. Credits stack without a referral limit, but your bill cannot fall below $0 and no cash is paid out beyond that floor.
When will the credit appear?
Referral credits are applied manually. Allow a few days after the new customer becomes active for the credit to be added to your account.
What if my neighbor cancels?
The credit associated with that customer ends when they stop being an active paying customer. Credits for your other active referrals continue.
