Is the charter offer separate from Indiana’s?
Yes. The first 50 Pittsburgh South Hills properties get the $60/month charter rate. Indiana has its own 50. The two are counted separately.
Do I need to change my trash provider?
No. Keep your municipality’s service. Trashcan Toucan moves your bins to the collection point and returns them afterward. Your hauler still collects the waste.
My street isn’t listed. Can I still sign up?
If you live in one of the five communities above, yes. Anywhere else, join the waitlist and we will tell you when your area opens.
Is there a contract?
No. Service is month to month with no contract or cancellation fee. If we miss service, that week is credited automatically.
