A TOWN THAT TAKES ITS TRASH NIGHT SERIOUSLY.

Right on time. Every time.

01

A tight set-out window.

The municipality asks for bins after 6 p.m. the night before or before 6 a.m. on collection day, within five feet of the curb, and says the contractor will not come back for late bins. We put them out inside that window.

02

Recycling on your trash day.

Trash is weekly and recycling is every other week, on your regular collection day. Recycling containers need the green Mt. Lebanon recycling sticker. We track which weeks are yours and put out the right container.

03

Your street, your day.

Collection days are set by street and published in the municipality’s annual guide. At signup we look yours up, confirm it with you, and follow the calendar, holiday shifts included.

YOUR LOCAL SERVICE, EXPLAINED

Good to know
before you join.

Who collects trash in Mt. Lebanon?

Mt. Lebanon’s curbside trash and recycling is collected by its municipal contractor, County Hauling. You keep that service. Trashcan Toucan moves your bins out and back; we do not collect the waste.

What do you need from me to get started?

Start your subscription, then complete the service setup form with your address, collection day and bin access details. We confirm your street’s collection day and your first service date with you directly. You do not need to be home as long as we can reach the bins.

How do holidays and winter weather affect service?

We follow your collection provider’s published calendar and holiday changes. If collection trucks are running, we provide service, including through winter weather.

Is there a contract?

Service is month to month with no contract or cancellation fee. If we miss service, that week is credited automatically.
